They used to be the best but I ordered something on 17 August and have had one problem after another. They've lost both the original and a replacement item. Their drivers walked out last week over pay and conditions, which I suspect might hint at why they're so shit now.

The family who run this shop have been in the neighbourhood since 1977. It's an absolute hub of the community. Until recently they were in a bigger unit next door. When I saw the To Let sign I actually went in and said 'please tell me you're not leaving' in mildly panicked tones
