I did all the "right" things that got shoved down my throat my whole life. I went to college. When I got my psych degree, I went into statistics because, "That's about as useful as an English degree." Now with an MS in essentially statistics + years of experience, I still can't get hired.

Similar life experience except it was absolutely the guy everyone in middle school thought was creepy. No one respected him and more than 10 girls I went to school with tried to report him for touching, looking down shirts, inappropriate jokes, etc. Wasn't caught until over a DECADE later
