Got steroids at the er and they said you are gonna be zonked or wired. I’m starving & I’m pretty sure I’m not going to sleep tonight.

Also, the extended anxiety/panic attack that was on a loop morphed into a fibro flare that I though was a heart attack loosened it’s grip and my hives went away…
