I'm posting this today as I've recently had experience of modding for someone who fully knows I'm neurodiverse and did not think to tell me what was happening on stream and that shared chat would be happening, I ended up flapping and leaving to go to a space where I could chill.

If you can please have afternoons/nights where you meet up online with the she mods to hang out with them ask them if they have any concerns and to play games with them , as Thier wellbeing is important too.

Twitch Streamers..please please please look after you mods... remember to let them know if there is any changes ahead of the stream, their humans too and they're giving their free time to you whatever time it is to be able to support you and be your eyes and ears when chat isn't behaving.

As well as having training not orientated to neurodivergent staff...I had a course last year and the trainer was god awful cause the course was set up for neurotypical people...needless to say I failed it 😅
