Another pro is that joining someone else for multiplayer is seamless. No servers required (though you certainly can use a server for always-online worlds). And it's cross platform.

So if you mainly play vanilla MC it's honestly a solid way to play.

I'm sure in a coordinated setting it's easier because I can just think "okay I can use Recitation Indom to heal that up" or "I can Summon Seraph and Sacred Soil to mitigate that" ahead of time as a plan

it's using the tools on the fly in an uncoordinated group that's tripping me up

I've mained white mage since starting FFXIV and trying to get comfortable with scholar is so tricky

Like I understand what all the buttons do, it's just getting used to using them properly

Remembering without thinking "oh yeah I have X"

I find myself going to less efficient tools too often

there's certain things that I use that work on Windows and either don't work on Linux or work in a really compromised fashion and it's just not something I'm willing to put up with right now

I tried Linux on a dual boot setup and I liked what I saw but ultimately balked because I would have had to delete Windows entirely if I wanted to continue doing the things I was used to doing for storage reasons, and I wasn't ready to make that jump.

Still am not, but damn if it isn't tempting...

Raichu Llyana is getting the proper Pokemon experience, as Houndoom takes a fancy and expresses desire. Though as a Raichu, the Houndoom's size stretches and makes a shape inside of her while he goes on and isn't stopping.
Maybe being a Pokemon isn't so bad after all!

frankly insane that 20-ish years ago some devs in japan said "how do we adapt mystery dungeon for pokemon," someone said "why don't we have the player be a pokemon," and as a direct result i now wear a collar and have about 5 online friends that identify as the mythical pokemon mew
