Vachir drinks when others are and usually as heavily as it's expected even if he only prefers to be a little tipsy at most. Something to relax and let him be teasing, but not fully out of it. (If it were his choice, he'd probably drink rarely tbh, the taste is kind of eh to him.)

Zhyk used to drink a lot, toned it down, then picked it up a little again—but with his void connection he can't get drunk easily (unless he's sated on aether first). He tries not to as well since he's an emotional drunk (used to be angry), tho he might be more playful/flirty now. 1/2

Nothing saves a long fic like you commenting, keyboard slamming, engaging with the author through the comment section.

I have written several long fics just because people liked it, told me so and it encouraged me to keep writing it.

Zhyk will drink it if he's given it, though he'll likely sit and just hold it between his hands for a while to feel the warmth.
