Oh yeah, we are crazy with portion sizes too haha! I can struggle with that too, especially when the way it is all prepared is so different.

Food quality in the US is generally poor. I was in Mexico and my stomach was eating so much more meat without stomach irregularity as I would have in the US.

We do make good food, but it goes pretty deep as to why its just not as good.

With all the polyps I got and the 2 surgeries I had for them, I got put on xhance, which is basically Flonase with a fancy thing that just forces the medicine further into the sinus. Might need insurance to approve it, but no harm in checking it out.

We love parents lol
