Sadly I'm doing the same thing as you. Eating only once a day but I'm so tired of the high prices I'm getting to the point of just quitting eating all together. A $1k disability monthly check only goes so far and I'm not even eligible for food stamps which makes it fucking worse. So yeah I'm done 😑
