Saw her speaking in Truro some years ago. She spoke about her background and the value of education. Was in awe of what she has and continues to achieve. Ran well over time with every student getting a personal chat. She is an amazing advocate of being the best human you can possibly be.

Apparently Floella refers to people in their forties and fifties as 'My Play School babies' as she was on TV's Play School when they were babies.

Until 18, Thelma was his foster carer.

Lloyd Kelly, Juventus star, and his siblings lived together in 3 different foster homes.

Lloyd says "Those experiences gave me a better outlook on life."

Lloyd Kelly entered care at 6. He remained in the care system until 18. He now plays for Juventus.

We'll be continuing to work with Sheffield Wednesday Ladies FC on LGBTQ+ matchday campaigns this season, Aaron, and we are also hoping to develop a similar relationship with the deaf team - it's on the agenda! 🙏💙

There's some really good stuff going on and credit to your efforts... A friend has a SWFC season ticket and, re homophobia says "Where I sit, you never hear it and if someone did shout something homophobic, people would tell them."

If I'm 100% honest, I'd not really thought much about it.

But if I'm ever on a train and have a couple of hours, 'Ten strategies for teaching BSL to dyspraxic children' is the kind of writing challenge I'd love to have a go at!
