Regardless of how any of it works, non-competes should be illegal in general. One of my friends was effectively shut out of her profession for 3 years because of one with an area of effect and had to move quite a distance away to be able to find a job in her field to avoid it.

From what I've seen, it's the opposite. Maybe depends on the kind of contract but when the contract expires, they can go wherever. If they are released from it in some way, they have a non-compete. Pretty sure even Punk had one when he was terminated with cause.

One of the best parts of tonight was when Tony Khan talked to my son. He told Tony it was his first time and he loved it. Tony took the time to listen to him as it’s hard for him to articulate words.

Afterwards he said to me “Tony is a nice man.” Yes, he is.

I have #HBOMax for just one reason, All Elite Wrestling. I like DC...but I LOVE #AEW. VPNs don't vibe with my setup, so no Triller or AEW+ & I'm not going back to Sling & paying more for PPVs. Costs are too damn high because of Trump, the same reason I'm getting ICE ads during Dynamite & Collision.
