Oh, New Mexico...!

When I was writing my dissertation I managed to get myself a job teaching at UNM & I was there for two years. New Mexican food is (as you of course already know) the fusion food of dreams. So many good things! I've never tried Asian-NM though. What's the name of the restaurant?
