Shota’s a free agent and if he goes, he leaves a legacy as one of the generally happier human beings to ever take the mound in pinstripes at the corner of Clark and Addison. And if he re-signs, it’s a bit sunnier on the north side for however long he stays.

My daughter is disabled. The world is already profoundly more difficult for her than it is for most of the rest of us. And we have a federal government that wants to erase efforts to help her live a safe, healthy life. I cannot be silent, because she needs my voice. Please don't become numb to this.
