It's a very peaceful park and no real challenge to speak of, hiking wise. There's a resident family of deer. If you go out early enough in the morning, you can get to know them. Back in 2003-2004, I trained for a trail marathon and logged a lot of miles there, so the deer ended up friendly.

Oh, I don't have a whole lot of skill. Just a lot of practice. The tech, maybe. May 2024, I started a journey to find a camera that would grow with me for some years to come. If I had to start over, I'd probably get an old Nikon DSLR. Chunky but fun to snap.
