@hassinator.bsky.social where is the Simon Hopkinson tomato curry recipe from please? I’ve looked in a few of my books but not found it yet.
Yuck. Utter bastards. Very glad they chose the wrong person to try it on but slimy. Hugs.

Gubeikou section of the Great Wall of China? Completed it 👍🏻
Terrifying start to the day with narrow worn away sections (floods & age) and a sheer drop on each side - no photos & all eyes & mind required.
A lot of steep ups & downs
But - the views. The GOD DAMN VIEWS.

Excellent Magnificat knowledge! I now have Stanford in G in my head.
That sounds lush! We are having carbonara with linguine (cos Lidl had guanciale recently) which I <whispering> REALLY don’t fancy but as Ben is cooking I’m keeping schtum.
Chicken - he’s going to put homemade (by me) pesto on in and wrap in bacon. And there will be veg, tbc.
Yum! We somehow didn’t plan so Ben is going to the Coop - wish us luck!
We had lunch out so it’s toast with rillettes, cheese etc and red wine.
We had a pumpkin in our veg box this week - I think I’m just going to roast it.
