First wine note on this forum, I think. D’Meure 2022 Pinot Gris - this has got some amazing complexity with time under flor, resulting in a white that’s savoury and salty, with grapefruit, orange marmalade and biscuit notes. With plenty of body, it’s a delight to drink. $90 11.8% abv
2023 Figuiere Blanc - 100% vermentino from Provence. Fragrant with a well rounded palate, this wine expresses white peach, honeydew, green apple and pear. A lick of salt to finish. 12.5% $32
