There's a middleground that feels too muddy for me with newcraft. Oldcraft has had the imagination entirely drained through 2 decades of play, open ended goals all reached.

Whereas NewMC feels like there's just goals. No imagination, go kill the final boss labeled "final boss" in the area "final"

So I accidentally stayed up till 4am working on these. Got locked in to Legends of Advantris while crafting and got locked in.

My only criticism of newcraft is it's artistry is absolutely worse in every way to the original.

Actively doesn't have an artstyle anymore, it's all blurred together textures that don't feel unique to one another.

That and it Still has no real goals, just a bunch of micro-quests for micro-upgrades
