WE ARE NOT AT WAR

DRUG SMUGGLING IS NOT "NARCOTERRORISM"

can you all PLEASE stop rebutting excuses that depend on accepting GOP lies

the victims were not "in the fight," they were illegally attacked

the legal action would have been interdiction
Hegseth's "fog of war" claim is nonsense, if this account of what video shows is correct: The two men obviously were visible.

Tom Cotton's claims also in doubt: Rep Smith says drugs not visible. The decision that the men were still in the fight looks very shaky:

"Narcoterrorism" is not actually a thing... Kinda like Antifa...

Trump *has* to blow those boats up, because anyone who would scheme to bring illegal drugs into our great country is a narcoterrorist, and the punishment for narcoterrorism is *death*. Oh...wait. lnk.thebulwark.com/3KuNYPk
Sex Crimes. State Crimes. War Crimes.
We’re detecting a pattern with this administration.

A minor point lost in all this is that "narcoterrorism" was nominally coined to describe people like Pablo Escobar who were literally using their drug enterprises to commit bombings/mass murder but the DoD is just using it interchangeably with trafficking

I think they’re going to argue that the boat itself was the target of the second attack because it was still a threat in their imaginary “war” against “narcoterrorism”. Any survivors were incidental.
There was no way that boat was going to complete its mission. It’s bullshit, but it’s all they got.
Pentagon knew boat attack left survivors but still launched a follow-on strike, AP sources say
The Pentagon knew there were survivors after a September attack on an alleged drug boat in the Caribbean Sea and the U.S. military still carried out a follow-up strike.

@billscher.bsky.social is so right about this ➡️ Trump’s Murderous Hypocrisy on Drug Trafficking Is Bone-Chilling. A president killing boaters on specious claims of “narcoterrorism” while pardoning major drug traffickers should be a major scandal.   washingtonmonthly.com/2025/12/02/t...
Trump’s Murderous Hypocrisy on Drug Trafficking Is Bone-Chilling
Killing boaters on specious claims of “narcoterrorism” while pardoning major drug traffickers would be a scandal bloodier than Watergate.

'Narcoterrorism' is understood to be the attempts of narcotics traffickers to influence the policies of a government or a society. These saps being killed are just pawns in a rich mans game, nothing more.

Throwing the word 'terrorist' at something to justify murder is a gaslight.

Prove me wrong:
The Democrats ran drug trafficking in America. 💯

"Paul Campo, Obama's DEA financial exec, had his home raided today & was charged with narcoterrorism, terrorism, narcotics distribution, and money laundering ($12 million) for a Mexican drug cartel. "

Also, Venezuela isn’t about narcoterrorism. It’s all about having 17% of the world’s oil reserves.
December 3, 2025 at 6:23 PM
Last week: In response to WaPo’s story on the Sept. 2 boat strikes, the Pentagon says “This entire narrative is completely false.”

Today: The White House confirms that a 2nd strike happened and that “Secretary Hegseth authorized Admiral Bradley to conduct these kinetic strikes”

We have a new Day of Infamy: September 2nd. But this time, we’re the bad guys.

Killing survivors with no evidence isn’t a military operation, it’s murder.

Drumpf strikes on Venezuelan boats: “narcoterrorism.” Then he announced a pardon for former Honduran president Juan Hernández, found guilty by an American jury of conspiring to import 400 tons of cocaine into the US & sentenced to 45 years in federal prison. Drumpf wrote “MAKE HONDURAS GREAT AGAIN!”

Fascinating how quickly the "war on terrorism" has now become the "war on narcoterrorism."

Media did nothing to hold accountable the administrations who ignited and perpetuated the made up "war on terror" and now they sit as complicit stenographers for the made up "war on narcoterror." What a shame
November 29, 2025 at 3:30 PM
Not to mention that narcoterrorism isn’t a thing.

@cnn.com Do you stop alcoholism by closing the bars? You’re doing a disservice to parents of drug addicts by pretending narcoterrorism is the problem.
December 2, 2025 at 7:23 PM
All of this talk of narcoterrorism talk seems kind of silly when Trump just pardoned one of the biggest drug traffickers in recent history.
November 29, 2025 at 1:11 AM
WaPo/Military Times: Hegseth ordered troops to “kill everybody” on a boat at sea on 9/2/25-saying they were fighting “narcoterrorism”.

Yesterday, Trump fully pardoned former Honduran Pres Hernandez, convicted in ‘24 for conspiring to bring 400 TONS of COCAINE into the US. His sentence was 45 yrs!

Big pharma is the OG of narcoterrorism and still accounts for a large portion overdose deaths. However, the Trump cartel can’t allow foreign cartels to cut into profits. The murders will stop when the payoffs begin.

Admiral Holsey: NOPE not gonna get me to go down for your crimes against humanity! Calling it war on NarcoTerrorism! Kiss all this Black ass (he says exiting the Pentagone)!!

The War on Drugs, and the War on Terror (which were both massive failures) have now given birth to the War on Narcoterrorism, which in practice looks like the Trump regime murdering random sailors, while simultaneously pardoning any convicted drug trafficker that cuts them a cheque or asks nicely.
Fascinating how quickly the "war on terrorism" has now become the "war on narcoterrorism."

Media did nothing to hold accountable the administrations who ignited and perpetuated the made up "war on terror" and now they sit as complicit stenographers for the made up "war on narcoterror." What a shame

Given: 47 pardoned ex-Honduran president who was found guilty of conspiring to bring 800,000 pounds of COCAINE into the US just last year; these boats were unlikely to reach our shores; & now this post by Hegseth-it appears they enjoy killing people & are not at all concerned about “narcoterrorism”.
December 1, 2025 at 1:25 PM
There is always a specific commander with this responsibility, and the WSJ says that here that it was Hegseth himself. That makes the claim that he was too busy to “stick around” for the first use of lethal force in the Trump administration’s self-proclaimed war on narcoterrorism tough to believe.
