Man-- i knew a mental crash was coming, but i didnt expect to go from feeling perfectly fine(minus the usual insomnia) at 4:30 to waking up a 6am feeling like emotional death and unable to sleep more apparently--

Having a connective tissue disorder sucks sometimes-
