#blobism
I'm sorry, but liberalism, conservatism, and other kind of existing -isms has totally fallen. Now you have to choose between Abeist-Trumpist-Farageist-Dengist-Bidenist-Putinist-Modist-Obamaist Totalitarian Omni-Wing Accelerationism or Wataist Blobism. There's no in-between, and that ain't my fault.

I'm talking about my own background here. My dad was a teacher at a school that was involved with the TVEI scheme back in the early 80s (the one that Keith Joseph didn't want his own dept to run, and early example of anti-Blobism).

Of course my dad made sure I did the academic route.

In tandem with our re-OpenLab ‘Architextures’ music series: Blobism - more than a visual style – it represents a philosophical departure from rectilinear order toward forms inspired by nature, biology, and even digital morphogenesis

Blobism: an architectural style that embraced fluidity, organic growth, and the radical potential of computer-aided design - and it looks really cool... promisesproject.net/pen-vs-sword... #art #architecture #blobism #ZahaHadid
Blobism: Organic Architecture
Blobism: When Buildings Began to Flow Architecture has always been shaped by geometry - straight lines, right angles, and rigid forms. But in the late 20th century, something began to shift.

The WSJ has made a doc about Liz Truss.

I reviewed her book for @bylinetimes.bsky.social in April.

Her anti-blobism is an attempt to revive the politics of the John Birch Society.

Read all about it here (£):
