Google Workspace’s Pooled Storage strikes again

We have received inquiries about a message in Google Drive this morning stating that the organization storage is full.
At this time, you will not be able to upload or create any new files on Google Drive.
ITS is investigating this issue with the vendor.

I had a very simple question for my workspace’s property management office*. After dealing with their AI twice (who creepily recognized my number to address me by my first name) I finally got a real human who seemed barely aware of the basics of their job

I just don't know how this phone, using an OS made by Google, is struggling to play nice with Google Workspace's MDM solution when my iPhone had zero issues. You've got one job here!
