In RM's Samsung ad, first on the screen is a crowned dinosaur painting by Jean-Michel Basquiat, American artist of Haitian and Puerto Rico descent- V's Vante's Muse! I wonder if Jung Kook's Golden graffiti art covered bathroom shoot was influenced by Basquiat.
The fact that he opens with, “how you have been?” I love him so so so much.
Keith Haring was an incredible human being and his art means so much to me. Joon highlighting him makes my heart sing.

Namjoon is doing an ad for a TV here but he spotlights a few artists, the first one being Keith Haring, an openly gay artist and social rights activist. I highly recommend you look him up!

The song is so eerie with its creepy chorus of fake friends singing their refrain “let’s dance here!” like they’re sirens. The dissonance between the lyrics and the music really gets Namjoon’s point across: these ppl aren’t his friends. +
