I was paying over $2K monthly for family health insurance for my family of 3 in the late 1990's for similar reasons. They jacked up premiums when any member of the family has a pre-existing condition. And my Ex, had Crohn's Disease. 😤

I was on Humira for many years (for Crohn's disease) and yeah, it's life-changing. The difference between being able to function as I wanted (more or less) and being exhausted and/or in pain all the time.

I just had my pre-opp appointment and holy smokes the different instructions with different meds I’m on is crazy and nerve racking. I take 9 different meds between heart seizure and Crohn’s meds. I’m nervous I might mess something up, but also know I will pay very close attention to what I need to

i have Crohn’s disease and depression and have been seeing SO many Crohn’s/UC/antidepressant pharma commercials that i started to wonder if somehow motel TVs were doing targeted ads now
