$0 to the authors. And for institutions that don't publish much, it costs ~ the same as a library subscription today. For places that publish a lot, like my institution, $95k/year -- perhaps a 10x increase. But, those are the places with grant $, they can afford it. libraries.acm.org/acmopen/2023...
