A BSI report said Germany was among the world’s top targets for cyberattacks, with criminal and state-backed actors targeting administrations and consumers via phishing, manipulated QR codes and ransom demands.
German police arrest a man, but most German media fail to provide adequate context and headlines: the arrest is on terrorism charges, the accused has a #farright background (mentioned at the very end of this DW article' and seems to be a 'sovereign citizen'.

Federal prosecutors have arrested a man suspected of encouraging attacks on politicians on the darknet, including by using cryptocurrency as a "reward." The man is also said to have compiled a list of potential targets.
