We are looking for #rstats community feedback on 3 new dplyr functions!

We're aiming to expand the `filter()` family:

- `filter()` to keep rows
- `filter_out()` to drop rows
- `when_any()` and `when_all()` as modifiers

Ich kannte Pelinka persön. nicht wirklich näher, aber er war d Grund warum ich in IBK damals PoWi - nach 1 Vorlesung mit ihm - belegte. Eye opener. Viel später, nach Wiederlesen v einigen seiner Bücher, PhD an d CEU in Budapest. P Teil meines panels. Prägend & bereichernd ü d Akadem hinaus. Danke!!
