I took a nap yesterday afternoon and I still fell asleep in front of the tv, which I never do. And got 8 solid hours of sleep. Madness.

I used to wonder why I do stuff like this when traveling for work, wondered why I was so “antisocial,” etc. Knowing it’s autism is weirdly freeing. Like, I’m not rude at all, I like people. I just need a lot of alone time. I’m so overwhelmed all the fucking time.

I even took one of those sleepy edibles and I still keep waking up after every sleep cycle. 😓
