Boasberg finds that Congress never meaningfully limited cross-jurisdictional power between D.C. superior and D.C. federal court. So unless that changes, D.C. Code allows gov to bring "any criminal matter before a local grand jury for indictment, including a capital case, treason, RICO, or sedition."
