Seriously are you telling me that the only possible thing for a non profit to do is hire food trucks? I'm not here to plan a hypothetical event for a hypothetical non profit but my advice would be stick to a realistic budget and event same as it would be for literally anyone.

I feel like event creators and food trucks both are being unrealistic about the numbers they can handle. Food truck doesn't want to split profits event company doesn't want to spend more. So glad I dont work in events anymore.

I tripped somehow walking into the concert and fell face first into the street. so after that I was like alright fuck it and went into the mosh pit. I have no one to blame but myself.

I hate food trucks for that reason. Great when you stumble upon one but I'm sorry 1 truck cannot cater a 250 person event with 20 different menu items.

I'm terrible with normal stairs let alone narrow ones. My strategy is A) Bannister at ALL times and B) turn to the side so your whole foot is fully on the stair C) obviously go slow
