This lovely peach daylily blooms for weeks every spring in my garden. The anthers remind me of a bunch of meerkats - standing up, looking around - while they wait for a friendly set of wings to dust them off and deliver their pollen to nearby blooms.

A beautiful, velvety dahlia - with a burgundy that radiates from almost black at its center to a deep red on the outermost petals. This is Arabian Night. A nice close to the 2025 garden.

Yes - so true. I have a couple of confused Rhododendrons in one corner of my yard. So far only 2 blooms have popped, but I'm concerned about the rest of them because they all look like they're ready to go. I'm guessing I'll have nothing in the Spring.

I don't know what I might have done to have this rosebush gift me with this lovely rose in the middle of November, but here it is. On the South Shore of Long Island, New York.

Welcome to Dahlia Dreams B-n-B! This bloom offers petal-soft pillows, golden hour check-ins, and complimentary pollen. One sleepy guest is already tucked in for the night—and word’s buzzing around the hive!

It's becoming an every day occurrence.
