Man, I know it's be said before, but it's so funny that crazy right wingers were right about a pedophile cult controlling the government, it's just that it was all of the people that they liked and everyone else most suspected l.

I wish Bluesky had a feature where if one person reposted post X and you already saw it, you dont also see the same repost from other people too.

I know you can hide posts, and i do, but i only do it once i had already gotten actively annoyed by seeing the same post over and over.

I'm so sick of discourse from supposed allies about where trans people went wrong.

Where we "went wrong" is that billionaires spent unimaginably large sums to attack us repeatedly and major media outlets have spent a decade piling on.

The most dispiriting thought experiment is to imagine the wall-to-wall coverage if the MAGA fever dream of violent, rioting protesters happened anywhere yesterday.
Yesterday's No Kings protests were apparently the largest since the first Earth Day in 1970

The NYT covered that story with a six column headline across the top of the paper and two full pages inside

Today, two small pics below the fold and a story on page A23

Why do we pretend that the "they" here are not real people with names? The managing editors @nytimes.com are Carolyn Ryan and Marc Lacey. THEY are the terrible journalists who made this decision. They do not deserve to be anonymous.

1 in 100 children is born with a congenital heart defect. But there is no “artificial heart” device that exists for babies or young kids. The FDA has even identified this as an area of critical medical device need.

The Trump administration just canceled funding for clinical trials of such a device.
This 4-year-old's heart is failing. A federal grant that might help him was canceled
A Cornell University researcher has been developing an artificial heart for children for more than 20 years. Now, his research is on hold and his lab is shut down.

I’m a career prosecutor who took a $25,000 check from an affiliated entity of Donald Trump’s while investigating Trump University and later left my lobbying firm to become Donald Trump’s personal impeachment lawyer, White House aide, and Attorney General. So don’t you DARE question my integrity.

people don’t like voting for people they view as cowards

don’t be a coward if you want people to vote for you
A top Mamdani adviser tells me internal data shows taking on Trump's authoritarian abuses resonates. It appeals to working class voters across all demographics, countering the frequent claim that this is a "distraction" from issues working people "really" care about.
