Having an inarticulate man who has never been in a grocery store give an inaccurate speech to people who are in grocery stores all the time that is full of easily disproven lies about how grocery prices are going down isn't a winning "affordability" strategy.

This is awesome. really detailed and clearly a lot of work. My only *minor* is that it skipped over something that I think really played a factor in FRPG becoming less a demonized activity: We became the adults. Adults have louder voices.

This is awesome. really detailed and clearly a lot of work. My only *minor* is that it skipped over something that I think really played a factor in FRPG becoming less a demonized activity: We became the adults. Adults have louder voices.
This. anyone who has ever engaged in any loan in anyway other than just blindly signing understands this. every mortgage Ive signed has contained an amortization schedule. if you dont consider that in every loan you take - you are a dummy.
