Typing classes in school did not teach me to type. Trying to type out my novel did, in a dang hurry. Also AOL chat rooms. Yes, I'm old, why do you ask? I use homerow/touch-typing though. I'm quite fast! I haven't logged my WPM in a long time, but people are surprised at how fast I can type.

PC has been all digital for decades and I don't see anyone bitching about that. Personally I've been nearly exclusively digital ever since Nintendo even started offering the option to buy games digitally, for a host of reasons, mainly that I just don't have the space for the boxes!

I want to say analogy, but it would depend on how exactly it's worded. If directly confronting a rich person with "You're like a child who doesn't want to share toys! You'd rather break the economy!" then that's a simile.
