(I realize after writing this it doesn't explain too much, my bad. It's hard trying to convey information over short form 😅)

Here's some tutorials I've used:

One I've used for making a space sky: www.youtube.com/watch?v=43hJ...
One I've used to add decals to objects (like the Hunter i posted): www.youtube.com/watch?v=TIkY...
One I've been using to try and learn animation (walk cycle): www.youtube.com/watch?v=MzJZ...

These probably aren't the best explanations, but being limited in characters made me condense stuff lol. If you do want more details (I can take screenshots and do clips of me working in Blender), you can ping me on Discord and let me know, since we're both in the Kig-Yar Bar. I'd be glad to help!

For the other stuff, I'm not sure though. Since I don't know much about SFM, I'm not sure what model toggles are and if there is a Blender equivalent, and I'm very new to animation so I can't explain too much of that, but I'll have a walk cycle tutorial I've used below that I'm learning from.

For scene creation, it's pretty simple overall. You can either make it from scratch by modeling stuff yourself or importing objects, or you can use scenes that other folks have made (Halo Archive has some good ones). I've done a mix of importing objects to make my own and using other people scenes.

already be rigged for posing and such (I think I've only downloaded one model that was unrigged, and it was a vehicle). Posing itself isn't too difficult, you just have to have the rig selected, then go into pose mode. It's pretty easy to move and rotate everything into the position you want.

Sorry for the late replies, I was at my parents for thanksgiving, then had work the next day!

So a few of these I can answer and can point to some tutorials I've used.

For modeling, I know you mainly work with Halo stuff, so if you download the models from The Halo Archive most of them will-

A Bride's Story - one of the few that come as a hardback with dust jacket.

Fullmetal Alchemist: Fullmetal Edition - hardback, and i like the illustrations and shiny letter inlay.

What parts are you stuck on?

Congrats! It's hard for me to pick a favorite of yours, but tied for first is probably Ordell (I'm a big dragon/tiamat fan) and the Siren twins (I just think they're cute).

Here's one of my Halo OCs, Veil. She's the marksman for her fireteam, and lost her arm as a regular marine before augmentation

I do wish that more Halo Wars vehicles would make it into a 'normal' Halo game. The main two I've always wanted to see from a first person view are the Vulture and a Locust.
