This is so out of line, especially considering their job. This needs to brought to the attention of their employers so that training can be improved. I’m so sorry that you have to deal with this crap from people who should know better

I sympathise. I have a dodgy meter at the moment which means I keep losing my hot water and heating. The company has said they can repair/replace it until the end of January
