Thought about Nikhari'zul's tummy (lean, but untoned. He soft), so here it is. Fun fact: the fur there - with the obvious exception for his happy trail - is very short, more of a fuzz really. Very short, very soft.

Naked version done. Clothed version later (maybe versionS - not sure if I want her fully dressed or just in a skirt with no top, both looks would be accurate because yes, she's my tits out troll dancer. So might do both)

Tiny progress posting because whatever. Altered Takrai's lower lip, making it more obviously damaged as opposed to the previous "maybe it's cut, or maybe it's just saggy" look. Definitely cut now. And yes, the combination of that and the way his tusks grow does result in some drooling.

Quickly scribbled one of my older non-fandom OCs. This guy has no name - as in, lore-wise. Fella tends to go with what mortals call it (tends to go with what the mortals slap onto it in regards of pronouns, too, but I personally prefer to refer to him as either he or it)

A bit more progress on Takrai. Prepared him for coloring by closing the lines. Also, enlarged his tits (and yes, his nips are pierced).

I'm no longer sure who my main is, but Sarrakath is one of my favorites, and one of his iterations was my highest level char at one point.
Shaman (elemental, but if I ever get into playing again, might swap him to Enhancement).
Farraki by birth, Darkspear by convenience.

None of them would eat the brain.
Then there's the guts - sure, they could be cleaned out and used for sausage casing, but that's a lot of effort, so in most cases, they'd just be discarded.
Sarrakath doesn't eat the liver.
In general, my characters aren't very picky about it!

Probably... I mean. I HC cannibalism, even non-ritualistic, as still kinda special, but ones child would certainly be worthy of sharing with!
But I just don't really think about children much, including the specifics of raising them, so I don't have any ideas in that regard.

I'm fond of fruit-flavored black teas, strawberry- or raspberry-flavored are best, but I'd drink anything! Nothing fancy - in fact, I strongly prefer it in teabags (my liking for loose tea was killed by finding larvae in it).
