Just because it’s easy doesn’t mean it’s not anti consumer. Because it’s tied to online services, it won’t be obtainable in the future.
Look at the state of Sword and Shield’s online ranked mode. Qs are long because there’s few players. It takes several months for some to climb to master rank now.

Yeah the real test will be seeing how it ages. We’re coming off launch so theres plenty of easy matches.

I was considering it, but taking away the kalos megas stones and putting them behind a Battle-pass esq online system was such a huge turnoff. That, and the huge price has me thinking I can wait for cheaper, second hand copies.
