I think the court reporter just went home as 4:30 is the usual time they finish for the day but the prosecutor made the grand jury stay until she got her indictment.

My guess is the court reporter went home at 4:28 which was the usual time they finished but the grand jury continued until 6:47 when they came up with the indictment. So we dont know what made them come up with it in that gap

If the rumor that 100 republicans are ready to vote yes are true I dont think 1 vote will do the difference. Also with how their schedule is right now, 7 legislative days means vote on December 8th at the earliest
