Very interesting! It's been widely known so across local herbalist literature. It even says it on the packaging: OTPOBHO (otrovnO) means 'poisonous'. Webmd has an entry but for Euphrasia rostkoviana, not offcinalis.

I treated my #arachnophobia by capturing my house #spiders with a 330ml plastic cup and a thin cardboard "lid", then releasing them out the window.

Perhaps I should mention first that I collect my mineral stones from river beds in the mountains and I fail to identify them :-) I expect properties based on their color: light/clear would be rebalancing and purifying, purple would resonate with the crown chakra (insight, mental acuity, etc.)

This gives me the idea to start a list of similar, to place around my apartment. Since we've had something installed on top of our building, I had lost my deep sleep for six months. Saved it with five small orgonite pyramids behind my bed (headrest side).

Is that considered censorship or is there a different word for that?

Sometimes preparation meets opportunity and I get a shot like this out of my 8 years old smartphone.
My biggest hack so far? Using a short timer prevents me from nudging the phone as I tap the screen to take the photo. The rest is plain old OCD and squinting at the sun.
