I definitely believe this is a normal phenomenon in lighting rendering...The writers do have a lot of problems, but fortiche is just doing their job very hard, the art side is not to blame

Viktor's light (i.e. arcane light) is rainbow light, which is the most basic color of sunlight after refraction. He is not suitable for moonlight coding in S2.That's Hex Blue, and you can see the exact same hue in the OSTs for S1 and S2, as well as in the character posters for both seasons.

#arcane Jayce's hammer has quite a symbolic meaning. After Jayce came to the arcane world, the hammer lost the Hex magic, but Jayce still insisted on dragging it. This part was like grabbing the fame, fortune, honor, etc. that he cared about in reality.
