🎨 Exploring Modern UI/UX
🏗️ Building in Web3
These were fun to work on! A Strava like workout session sharing with custom images and a quick action to schedule in your calendar 🗓️

Feels nice to re-use same components in different context, while still maintaining unique value - here category chart reflects your all time breakdown and allows you to then drill down to workout specific stats as well.

Home widget selection and management starting to come together really nice 🔧

Not a super productive weekend, but managed to wrap up this custom search input today 🔎

Codex is quiet cool. I have a feature that tracks workout locations, so asked it to create a sheet that shows a global map for all of these. 5min in and it made a great PR.

UX is really nice, I can kick off a task and then move onto next one while I wait to review it's work.

Back from an amazing hackathon with the team and managed to win one of the prizes 😁🏆 — built a "prompt to widget" canvas while exploring interesting ui/ux ideas. Backed by our api, interactive and modular.

Continuing with location features today. Added full interactive map to explore area around your workout. Learned about neat MapKit option that I wasn't aware of called "pointsOfInterest" that allows to display only "fitnessCenter" locations making this view less busy and more contextual 🗺️

🗺️ Starting on a new feature today, by allowing users to enable workout location tracking. Next, I want to display all your workouts on a global map + count at each location, kinda like @levels.io does for travels on nomad list

Decided to try @vscode.dev insiders build today, as it has new agent mode support for copilot. Very impressive! Asked it to implement new setting and after 2min all I had to do is review this absolutely perfect git diff.

It added new fields to db schema and controllers, i18n and ui to toggle it.

So proud of how far we've progressed with Junction exchange. App is feeling like a proper defi product already, ux we achieved is just 🤌 and there are still plenty of cool improvements and features to come.

Taking what I learned from SwiftUI and applying it in web 📝 Made a custom sheet with gestures, elastic animations and even velocity detection 😮‍💨. Feels really nice on mobile web with extra css tricks like "user-select: none" and "transition-behavior: allow-discrete"

🏋️‍♂️ Say hello to a more personalized fitness dashboard! Added a feature that allows users to sort or hide home widgets to see exactly what they want, where they want. I hope this will come in handy as widget catalogue grows to include more data

@vscode.dev and @github.com co-pilot have gotten so good, that I decided to switch back from cursor. I find "Edit with Copilot" feature easier to use and results are great! It's free as well!

💡 Tip: Provide references to your existing code when prompting to get pretty much spot on results

Sweating through implementing all of these layout animations today, something that would be so simple with SwiftUI is actually really hard on web atm, but @motion.dev is coming in clutch 💪

Finally able to work on my app again after 2 month break 😮‍💨 Polishing failure/edge cases with watch connectivity atm. Cool that you can detect if companion watch app is installed or reachable. Can now give user more context on what to do in any of these cases with nice baby sheet.

Learned about Screenshot studio today, really impressive app to work on app store graphics, has a bunch of cool templates to get started as well

I really hope @bsky.app implements something like X's community notes. The way people went ham on each of honey's posts after MegaLag exposed their scammy/fraudulent activity is just something else 👏

If you haven't seen the video yet, highly recommend

For the longest time I've been using Claude's web interface as my ai tool of choice, but ChatGPT now has this awesome canvas feature taking ux to the next level 👌 ability to edit specific parts is great
