Same goes for elder care (even if the elder in question can’t express gratitude for it - they may have a hard time seeing past the loss of health and independence)
If you're the parent of a disabled kid, I just want to tell you I know it's hard and I know you feel like you're failing constantly, but you're doing it and you're doing the best you can and your kid absolutely loves you for it.

i believe it’s a form of resistance against patriarchal standards.
and Kida is still so damn smooth. both in his face and body movements. watched him since he was a kid and glad to know he is still dancing. ❣️
