Watching Mayday! Aircraft Investigations again and cracked up at the reenactment of an NTSB investigator determining whether icing caused a crash. (Exclaiming ”28 degrees Fahrenheit…that’s cold enough for water to freeze!” as if having solved Fermat’s Last Theorem)

The TA is not a professor. I point this out because it’s relevant, there is a major legal difference. The TA is a student and is also entitled to the same privacy as the student who complained. This is a major FERPA violation, the university shouldn’t even be really commenting publicly on this

The only thing I enjoy about Trump is his undisguised contempt for his most obsequious toadies (he demands loyalty, but loses respect for those who offer it too freely), and how he throws them under the bus at the drop of a hat
