May I suggest a long appointment with this Snugglewumpus? He needs ALL the snuggles possible to keep his levels balanced. So you would be accomplishing something…and I can vouch that it helps with the relaxation thing. His name is Guinness and he says he has time on his SnuggleBook for you.

My office, as library support for a large school district, sometimes gets ‘preview books’, which I then get to send to schools. #UglyDogs - look what just arrived as a preview book! Now I have to pick which school gets this amazing book by @blairbraverman.bsky.social

2/3 - dealing with a case of shingles, so Nurse Guinness is on Cuddle for Health patrol. Every day since I met him, I love him more and more and appreciate getting a Velcro pup. 🥰
