And I can't explain it but there are parts on imagery, energy, and concentration that, for lack of better words, make the act of acting make sense better than I've ever had it explained to me before

Maybe part of it is knowing I'm now on testosterone and doing the steps to physically align my body with my self

But I can see ways for how applying what I'm reading might have helped me in my depths of not feeling connected to my body (whether for trans, anxiety, or depression reasons)
