so, do you milk it and then evaporate it? or is this like a milk of magnesium thing and you're mixing the evaporated goat into some liquid? can you recommend the best device for evaporating the goat? every web page disagrees.

(apparently that's fine in this recipe, because it's only a tiny amount of milk, but WHEW would that not be the case in a lot of baking!)
