I believe this is what Bertrand Russell was talking about. And because when responding to fascists you’re always on your back foot responding to complex, nuanced issues that have been boiled to to idiocy to trigger the violent morons having a nuanced discussion is not only impossible but a danger.

And sadly, they're clearly into AR-15s with bump stocks, as I realized one day as a bullet whizzed over my head. Fortunately they are merchant .arines who aren't around very often and are very outspoken liberal people. That's softens the blow somewhat.

Yeah, that was a deal breaker for us when we moved to the area. For 7 years we lived near a range, and that was back in the '90s before society had gone completely off the rails. Didn't like the sound of gunfire then, can't stand it all now. Sadly the property behind us was bought by gun nuts. /

Just to add: I'm a huge fan of the non-AI Google Assistant and am anti-AI in general for all the usual reasons; otherwise I don't use it. But Samsung crippled this model phone for Assistant use when closed, forcing me to use Gemini for the things I'd otherwise use Assistant for.

Isn't it a cool name? Like Coleridge himself innovated it. Google tells me it's actually reverse fog- cold air over a warm surface, whereas fog is warm air over a cold surface. In the comics Reverse Flash is bitter enemies with the flash so perhaps this gives us insight into its motivation....🤔
