Yesterday we had a great day learning about the haematology and blood parasites of amphibians 🐸 and reptiles 🐢🦎 with extraordinary lectures by Nubia Mata and Ed Netherland!

We also have a great day talking during the coffee breaks ☕ and sightseeing Vilnius after the course🌇

After the theoretical lesson, we move straight forward to the hands-on practise with the microscope 🔬 and we spend here the rest of the day, learning to identify parasites and working in our students group project! 🦠🐦‍⬛🦅

Yesterday was the second day of the #WIMANET #SummerSchool and we received a super interesting lecture by the one and only Gedemias Valkiunas! He talked us about avian malaria and other blood parasites 🩸🐦‍⬛
