Positivity, Gratitude all day.
I enjoy helping people find stuff on the internet.
Love my city, Philly.
Don't run this deep research prompt unless you wanna go down some serious rabbit holes / confirm your biases even harder.

What this makes me think:

We're winning more with humans, Direct, Social, and Referral for the most part indicate that the content we are putting out is getting progressively more eyeballs, more shares, etc. Meaning we are DEFINITELY creating human value and HOPEFULLY algorithmic value too.

Walking around NYC today, Soho diner was so old school and cool. Sat there thought about all that is good in life and wrote thank you cards to teammates. Lots of fun.

After a slight injury how do you all not go back after it too early? My injury is slight so I know I can run, but I'm trying hard not to get back after it too early.

Great follow over on X, I love when these posts come up, reminds me of the immigrants (legal or illegal) and how hard many of them work while I'm sitting here banging out "social media posts" eating food they pick for a better life.

If you can't be a thought leader, be a thought "leecher".
If you ever get a message like this, I'm sorry.
On a long enough horizon if this remains unchecked it would cause people to NOT engage on posts due to the deluge of spam they'd get. Which isn't a good thing.

In 36h I'll sleep outside (15th time), in 30 weather to show solidarity with our city's youth who live in and need shelters / housing - shelters need funds to operate, as more young people than ever are coming into our shelters seeking safety, security, and love.

Bad "AI" content is just bad content, written faster.

While agents sound like wizardry they aren't, here's 6 basic Claude projects each w/ a specific function & instructions to turn ideas into quality posts.

So we repeal the Biden flight cash reimbursement, but the big beautiful bill allowed 100% depreciation on private jets. Hmmmmm.

This post will make you think hard about diversification of content, how to meet your audience where they are, and how to grow your social effectiveness, whether you are a news org or a B2B. Great read.

I'm sitting here thinking that divergent thinking is going to be more important than ever in an AI world where the "typical" way of thinking is going to drive people's outputs. Thoughts?

This is a crazy stat regarding local news, which has fallen off a cliff completely. The lack of local news leaves an opening for something to fill the void, since ai defaults to trying to get you an answer every time.

This is me sleeping outside a few years ago, and I'll be sleeping outside in 2 weeks again to raise money for youth in Philadelphia experiencing homelessness.

With your donation, you are joining me in this fight against youth homelessness, I appreciate you greatly.

This is how much of a hype cycle we are in around AI Optimization.

Dude DMs me saying Seer don't show up in AI search
I ask him what prompt did you use.
He says: What Prompt.

Be careful whom you buy from yall.

While self fulfilling, this rings true for me, I prioritize candor over courtesy every time. Let me be honest with you about exactly what is in my head, and my head is full of curse words 24/7.

This AI answers research is definitely worth a read. I really like this visual in terms of not only which citations show up but we have to think of citations in terms of our locus of control to influence them.

Corporate politics gets a bad name, I'm now starting to hear this in multiple places. This read is a good counter argument to the age old "politics sucks" chats.

Do you feel helpless seeing what's happening to people in our country for our "safety"? I can't unsee watching a woman being pulled from a tree by grown men, afraid, fearful, unable to understand what's going on.
So we're sponsoring a bystander intervention training
