Ah, SkiFree. Where I always had the idea that _somehow_ I could escape the snow monster.
Fun fact: The uvula (that dangly thing in your throat) has a surprisingly direct name in Japanese - のどちんこ (nodo-chinko) which literally means "throat penis." The formal term 口蓋垂 means "mouth-cap-flap" but most Japanese folks use the funnier nickname. A humbling reminder that anatomy can be amusing!"

These things are in my office elevator now. It takes the actual elevator servicing crew to install these things one by one. They take approximately 2 hours to install each.
Then you get to watch ads on your elevator ride because we're all wired to look at the exit of the elevators as we ride them.

Fun Fact: in order to access my business banking account at MUFG in 🗾, I MUST to read these messages (which refreshes ~ every week) about phishing sites, not sending the same wires twice, installing a virus software that pays the banks to display the message, and to be aware of "support fraud".
