I had a few concerns I needed to disclose to my doctor about. He explained that my immune issues were a non-issue and explained it why. He's been a terrific doctor to me, so I trusted his expertise and had no complications. He did mention people with a few things that might disqualify them 💯

Yep yep. It's one thing to gamble on yourself, but gambling with children seems pretty uncool, to me. It's such a safe and effective vaccine, too 🤷

I agree but I've got a question. As an older whitebelt in my 50s, I already do cardio and yoga outside of class but was thinking of waiting for 6+ months to begin weights. Would you recommend sooner or am I good with my thinking? It already feels like a lot and I'm mainly just a casual students

He can't even golf, either. He sucks at everything lol
